Our Imaging team recently demonstrated exceptional dedication and teamwork during a critical delivery for U of L Health. Over Memorial Day weekend, the hospital urgently requested the delivery of a Mobile CT Scanner to their location in Shepherdsville, KY. Despite the holiday and the scanner awaiting service, our team sprang into action.
Lynn Behrns, President of IDI - A Modular Devices Company, received the call and swiftly coordinated the entire operation. In just 24 hours, our team managed to:
- Fully scheduled transportation logistics
- Arrange the customer contract and invoices
- Proactively discover and repair an HVAC issue
- Complete final checklist inspections
The Modular Devices Imaging team of experts delivered onsite at the hospital by 4:23 pm on 5/28/24, meeting the urgent needs of U of L Health.
