Embracing the Future: Mark Koers Appointed CEO in 2024 Leadership Transition

We are delighted to share an exciting announcement that marks a new chapter in the history of Modular Devices. Effective January 1, 2024, Mark Koers, our Chief Revenue Officer, will ascend to the role of CEO, succeeding Greg Mink, who has played an instrumental role in shaping Modular Devices for the past 23 years.

This leadership transition comes as the culmination of a carefully orchestrated succession strategy, a plan set in motion with the involvement of O2 Investment Partners in 2021. As we bid farewell to Greg Mink’s transformative leadership, we express deep gratitude for his 23 remarkable years at the helm. Greg’s journey reflects the evolution of Modular Devices from its founding in 1987 to its current standing as a nationwide leader in mobile imaging and cleanroom solutions.

In a recent social media post, Greg Mink reflected on the company’s journey, expressing appreciation for the milestones achieved since its inception by his father. He highlighted Modular’s impact across industries, emphasizing its growth from providing mobile cath lab services to becoming a significant and influential brand. While stepping down as CEO, Greg Mink will continue to contribute strategically as an active member of the Board of Directors and the largest shareholder.

In an end-of-year letter, Mark Koers extended his gratitude to the Modular Devices team, acknowledging their outstanding accomplishments in 2023. This included the relocation to a state-of-the-art 107,000-square-foot production facility, the successful completion of significant cleanroom projects, and the strategic acquisition of Interim Diagnostics Imaging (IDI).

Expressing excitement about the upcoming year, Mark outlined his strategic plans and vision for Modular Devices as the newly appointed CEO. He pledged to build upon Greg Mink’s transformative leadership, steering the company towards continued growth and expansion.

“I have enjoyed working closely with Greg here for the past 16 years and am proud to call him my friend. Greg’s leadership and vision have taken Modular Devices to where it is today. I’m excited to continue on the same path and lead Modular Devices to continued growth and expansion,” stated Mark Koers.

Under Mark’s leadership, Modular Devices aims to solidify its position as the premier provider of mobile medical imaging and pre-engineered cleanroom solutions. The focus will be on enabling our partners to serve their communities, patients, and customers with the highest standards of excellence.
