As part of Heart Disease Awareness Month this past February, we made a list of amazing advancements in medical technology since the 1950’s. It’s hard to believe the impact these advancements have made and where some of them began, for instance: until the 1960’s most ambulance services were provided by volunteers and funeral homes! What a difference 50 years makes in the healthcare industry!
